1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dresset’s platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Dresset app or website.
3. Account Registration
You must register with accurate details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Use of Services
You may use Dresset to explore laundry/dry-cleaning services, compare prices, place orders, and make payments. You must provide accurate pickup/drop-off details for smooth order processing.
5. Order Handling
Inspect garments before handing over and after receiving them. Report any issues within 24 hours. Dresset is not liable for any damage caused by a third-party service provider but will facilitate dispute resolution.
6. Payments & Refunds
You can choose from the available payment methods (including COD).
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original method of payment in case of cancellations or disputes.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before pickup.
If canceled after pickup, partial charges may apply depending on the merchant’s policy.
Repeated cancellations or abuse may lead to account suspension.
8. Disputes & Support
In case of service issues, contact our support via app chat, WhatsApp, or call. Disputes will be reviewed fairly and resolved within a reasonable time.
9. Privacy
User information will only be shared with merchants for order fulfillment. We do not sell your data.
FOR MERCHANTS
1. Partner Onboarding
By joining Dresset, you agree to list your shop and services accurately. All merchant listings must comply with local laws and Dresset’s quality standards.
2. Account Access
Only authorized shop representatives may manage the merchant account. Merchants are responsible for keeping credentials secure and updating any changes to services or pricing.
3. Service Commitment
Merchants must:
Accept orders promptly.
Complete services within committed timeframes.
Maintain high-quality standards.
Handle all garments professionally.
Communicate clearly in case of delays or rejections.
4. Subscriptions
Merchant access to the platform operates on a subscription basis. Subscription activation is required to remain listed.
Once activated, subscriptions are non-refundable.
5. Order Fulfillment
Merchants must update order status regularly.
Notify users and support if a service cannot be completed.
Dresset may intervene in case of repeated delays or customer complaints.
6. Payment Handling
Merchants can accept COD or online payments. Online payments will be settled periodically after applicable charges.
Any payment disputes must be reported within 7 days.
7. Cancellations
If a merchant needs to cancel an order due to operational issues, the user and Dresset support must be informed immediately with valid reasoning.
8. Customer Data
Merchants must not misuse user information. Contact should only be related to order fulfillment. Misuse may result in account termination.
9. Promotion & Branding
By joining Dresset, merchants allow the platform to showcase their shop details and promotional offers to users. Dresset may use merchant names and photos for marketing purposes.
10. Termination
Dresset may deactivate or remove merchant accounts due to:
Violation of policies.
Continuous negative feedback.
Misuse of platform features or data.
GENERAL
Modifications to Terms
Dresset may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to the revised terms.
